At Sugarland Arts Fest, we are committed to keeping our assistants safe and worry-free.

That’s why we have taken enhanced health and safety measures for you, our artists, volunteers, and employees. However, you must follow all posted instructions while attending Sugar Land Arts Fest.

PLEASE REVIEW THE HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS BELOW.

• SLAF is an open-air event.

• Please be informed that preventative health measures (e.g., proof of negative COVID-19 test or complete COVID-19 vaccination and/or masks) may be required for this event. Details of any necessary actions will be communicated as early as possible and shared on the event website and social media platforms. If you have questions regarding vaccines or want to get a vaccine, please visit vaccines.gov to find the nearest vaccine provider near your location.

• At the entrance of the event, we are providing a contactless experience, including your Check-In via scanning of your mobile device or printed ticket from a safe distance.

• All staff will be required to always wear masks and social distance when working.

• Periodic testing, daily health screening & daily temperature checks will be mandatory for all staff prior to being admitted to work.

• Frequent hand sanitizing will be required by all staff.

• Our staff will complete a mandatory health & safety COVID-19 training prior to work.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.

By attending SLAF, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
