What is SLAF?
The Sugar Land Arts Fest 2K23, presented by PrimeWay Federal Credit Union, is a premier arts festival in the Houston metropolitan region.
Hosted by the Sugar Land Cultural Arts Foundation (501c3), this two-day festival will celebrate the arts in our community. The festival includes over 100 local and national artists, a live music stage with a variety of music performed by 5 different entertainers, wine & beer garden, food trucks, live mural painting.
In partnership with the City of Sugar Land and many community partners, the festival will be held on the beautiful plaza at Smart Financial Centre.

Yes! There is FREE parking onsite at Smart Financial Centre
Are there restrooms?
There will be regular and ADA portable restrooms available

Can I leave and re-enter on the same day?
Yes! Just keep your wristband on and you will be allowed to re-enter
Where is the lost & found?
If you misplace an item please check at the ticketing tent located at the main entrance

How can I play at the festival?

When do tickets go on sale?
Tickets are on sale now! Check out the tickets page on our website. Tickets are only $10 and parking is FREE. Children 12 and under are free.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. The festival will go on rain or shine. In the event of severe weather the festival will postponed.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please have your digital ticket ready on your phone or a paper copy ready for scanning upon arrival.
Is there security at Sugar Land Arts Fest?
Yes, there will be police officers onsite during the festival hours
Can I bring my dog to the Sugar Land Arts Fest?
No, unfortunately pets are not permitted. The Smart Financial Centre plaza does not have any onsite facilities for pets.
Is smoking permitted?
Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere at the festival.
What happens if there is severe weather?
The event will operate in rain or shine. The festival will be closed if the grounds are deemed unsafe due to severe weather conditions or damage to our infrastructure. In the event of severe weather during both festival days, the festival will be rescheduled to another date. Tickets are non-refundable, but we will exchange your tickets to the rescheduled date.
